Cu core, PE insulation, PVC sheath, woven Cu wire, Cu tape, steel tape armoured,
Al/plastic compound film, XLPE insulation, PVC insulation, F46 insulation, F46 sheath
This product is used as signal transmission and connection of inspection instrument of distribution system, computer system and automatic system of power-generating metallurgy petrol chemistry.
 
Features:
1) Rated voltage: 300 / 500V
2) Max. long time operating temperature:
    a) XLPE insulated: 90oC
    b) PE and PVC insulated: 70oC  
   c) F46 insulated: 200oC
3) Min. laying temperature:
    a) PVC sheathed cable: ≥0oC
    b) F46 sheathed cable: ≥-60oC
4) Min. bending radius: non-armored cable ≥six times outer diameter of 
    cable, armored cable ≥twelve times outer diameter of cable
5) Min. environmental temperature: 
    a) Fixed installation: -40oC
    b) Unfixed installation: -15oC
6) When the ambient temperature is 20oC, the insulated resistance 
    should not be less than 2,500MΩ.km after charging stably for 1min with DC 
    voltage of 500V
7) The circuit should not be interrupted between the paired shields and between 
    the paired shield and the total shield 
8) It should withstand the voltage test of 50Hz, AC 2,000V for 5mins between 
    the cable wire core and wire core and between the cable wire and the shield
